I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. Although it was inexpensive, the initial check-in price was confusing, and my room reeked of stale smoke despite my reservation request for a nonsmoking room. The staff didn't seem to care much about my concerns, which made my stay even less enjoyable. However, the other hotel amenities were decent, like the public bath and late-night udon service, which I really appreciated.
